Well, John and Rose have come up with a plan for the Park. It was not done by CESTA as promised at the meeting (another lie) but seemed to be a reasonable plan and John has implemented it. It is unfortunate that they are so disorganized as it would have saved them a lot of money had they been able to push the top off of the hill and use it as fill for the bottom. As a result they have invested a lot of money into hauling fill into make the Rancho useable and not look like it was ploped on top of the hill. The park will not be stellar, but it won't be a disgrace either. Here is what it looks like after the fill was hauled and the rocks repositioned.
